Q: I have bought a ticket online - when will my tickets be posted to me?

A: Tickets are posted out quite close to the event so don't panic. If you have not received your ticket by Monday 1st October, please email [email protected]

Q: Can I buy a ticket on the day?

A: There may be a small number of tickets available on the day, but we expect Shakedown to sell out well in advance so best to book them early to avoid disappointment

Q: I am unable to attend but have already bought a ticket. Can i get a refund?

A: Unfortunately, Shakedown does not offer refunds.

Q: Are there any age restrictions?

A: The event is licensed for people of 18 years and over. Identification will be required and anyone under 18 will be refused entry.
